Pet Spaying, Neutering & Castration in Essex

At Ivy Lodge Vets, we offer safe, professional spaying, neutering and castration services to help give your pets a healthy, happy future. These routine procedures not only prevent unwanted litters but also reduce the risk of certain health issues and unwanted behaviours.

We tailor every procedure to the needs of your pet – with separate wards and theatres for cats and dogs to ensure a calm, stress-free environment. Our experienced team is here to answer any questions and guide you through the process from pre-op to full recovery.

Emergency Pet Care

If your pet experiences an emergency during our regular opening hours, our team will provide prompt and appropriate treatment. Where necessary, and following discussion with you, we may be able to offer overnight hospitalisation to ensure your pet receives continuous care.

Where this is not available at times, we will refer you to our out of hours service below:

For emergencies that occur outside of our normal hours, you will be referred to the Queen Mother Hospital for small animals, RVC, in Radlett.
