Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the Veterinary profession have had to adapt regularly to the running of services, ensuring that clinics could stay open for emergencies and provide urgent treatment when needed. We have and are continuing to try our best to ensure that we keep supporting our patients and clients in the safest way possible.
From the 31st January 2022, we are allowing members of the public back into our clinic.
We ask that if you are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or have tested positive to please not attend the clinic. If your pet is unwell or in the need of emergency care, please contact us and we will assist you further.
On arrival to the clinic, we request that only one person enters the clinic per patient when possible.
In some cases, we may ask you and your pet to wait in your car. This may be due to a higher number of clients already within the clinic.
Please use the hand sanitizers that are provided around Reception on arrival to the clinic and on entry into Consultations.
To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we are requesting that face coverings are worn prior to entry into Reception and worn throughout your time within the clinic (unless medically exempt). Please ensure that social distancing is maintained as much as possible.
During the consultations, your pet may be examined or treated distanced in some cases, such as when socially distancing may not be otherwise possible.
For payments, we are requesting contactless card payments when possible. Please use card payments instead of cash when possible.
All the staff here at Ivy Lodge are working as hard as possible to keep our team and clients safe so that we can be here when you need us the most.
Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times.
