Free Pet Health Check Terms & Conditions
Please note that our free pet health checks are available for pets who are new to Ivy Lodge Veterinary Clinic and who have no known or pre-existing health conditions.
Any existing or ongoing medical issues must be declared at the time of booking, as these cases will require a standard, paid consultation with a veterinary surgeon.
If a medical concern is identified during your free health check, the consultation will remain complimentary, however any diagnostic tests, treatments, or follow-up appointments required will be charged at our normal rates.
