The use of modern diagnostic equipment, sophisticated tests and treatments can be expensive, therefore to assist with these often unexpected costs we advise that your pet is insured. This helps to give owners that peace of mind that you can do what is required for your pet without the financial concerns.

We understand that you want to do what is best for your pet when he/she becomes unwell or is injured, but won’t necessarily have the funds to pay immediately. For this reason we will consider claiming directly from your insurance company as long as we can confirm the details of your insurance policy and perform a pre authorisation before the diagnostics or treatment has been performed.

Please be aware that the administration fee for processing a Pre-authorisation is £25.00 including VAT.

If you would like to process a claim following your pet having received treatment with us here at Ivy Lodge, we are happy to assist you.
The Administration fees for processing claim forms for payments back to the owner is £10.00 including VAT.
This fee is per condition and is valid for 6 months.
For continuation claims to be submitted after this time, a fee of £5.00 including VAT is applicable.
