Gerard Cashin MVB MRCVS

Gerry qualified from University College Dublin in 1979. He is an experienced equine veterinarian with over 30 years’ experience in equine practice. He has extensive knowledge of the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry.

Cristina Muzzini MSc DVM MRCVS PGC (SAS)

Dr Cristina Muzzini graduated in Italy in 2015 and has since then worked with animals in Ireland, Wales, and England. She has a particular interest in Small Animal Surgery, and she obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in this specialty in 2020. She is currently studying towards a further Small Animal Medicine qualification. She also has a soft spot for small furries and exotic pets. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks, reading books and going back to her beloved mountains in the Italian Apennines.

Nicola Jackson RVN

Nicola joined Ivy Lodge in 2009 and complete her training and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2013. She enjoys all aspect of nursing however has a keen interest in surgical nursing, anaesthesia and client/patient care within the practice. At home, she has a Beagle called Buddy and her daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.

Leanne Reed RVN

Leanne joined Ivy Lodge in July 2021. She qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in February 2021. At home she has a dog called Bellatrix and a cat called Olivander.

Dayna Wright VCA

Dayna joined the team here at Ivy Lodge in 2017. She has a keen interest in feline behaviour and in patient care. At home she has a 3-legged cat called Tommy along with 4 Maine coons who live with her parents. In her spare time, Dayna enjoys listening to music, watching films and spending time with her partner.

Marcus Kehoe VCA

Marcus joined Ivy Lodge in 2021. He qualified as a Veterinary Care Assistant in 2016 and has a keen interest in emergency care and surgical nursing. At home he has a Golden Retriever called Sophie and two cats called Jimmy and Merlin.

Julie Romano Receptionist

Julie joined Ivy Lodge Vets in 2021. She is the friendly face the clients and patients see on arrival to the clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and going out with her friends and family.
