Gerard Cashin MVB MRCVS
Gerry qualified from University College Dublin in 1979. He is an experienced equine veterinarian with over 30 years’ experience in equine practice. He has extensive knowledge of the thoroughbred racing and breeding industry.
Nicola Jackson RVN
Nicola has been in practice since 2009. Prior to veterinary nursing she obtained her City and Guilds certificate in dog grooming and offers her services at Ivy Lodge. Nicola has a special interest in surgical nursing and anaesthesia.
She has a dog called Buddy and in her spare times enjoys mountain biking and taking Buddy on country walks.
Cristina Muzzini MSc DVM MRCVS PGC (SAS)
Dr Cristina Muzzini graduated in Italy in 2015 and has since then worked with animals in Ireland, Wales, and England. She has a particular interest in Small Animal Surgery, and she obtained a Post Graduate Certificate in this specialty in 2020. She is currently studying towards a further Small Animal Medicine qualification. She also has a soft spot for small furries and exotic pets. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks, reading books and going back to her beloved mountains in the Italian Apennines.
Phoebe Leung BVSc MRCVS
Dr Phoebe Leung graduated from the University of Liverpool and soon moved back down to Essex, where she grew up, to join us here at Ivy Lodge in August 2020. She has interests in all aspects of first opinion veterinary medicine and has really enjoyed getting to know our clients. At home, Phoebe has a Border Collie Charlie, and a cat Chessnut. She also plays the piano and harp in her spare time.

Nicola joined Ivy Lodge in 2009 and complete her training and qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2013. She enjoys all aspect of nursing however has a keen interest in surgical nursing, anaesthesia and client/patient care within the practice. At home, she has a Beagle called Buddy and her daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
Dayna Wright SVN
Dayna joined Ivy Lodge in 2017 and is currently in her final year of Veterinary Nurse training. She has a keen interest in feline behaviour and in patient care, and once qualified hopes to further her studies within these areas of nursing. At home she has a 3-legged cat called Tommy along with 2 Maine coons who live with her parents. In her spare time, Dayna enjoys listening to music, watching films and spending time with her partner.
Marcus Kehoe VCA
Marcus joined Ivy Lodge in 2021. He qualified as a Veterinary Care Assistant in 2016 and has a keen interest in emergency care and surgical nursing. At home he has a Golden Retriever called Sophie and two cats called Jimmy and Merlin.
